- Milk Chocolate Chips – Use any type of chocolate chips that you prefer. Semi-Sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks or dark chocolate chips are great substitutes
- Vanilla Ice Cream – Optional topping when serving

How to Make a Pizookie
- Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 – Beat together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer until creamy. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Step 3 – Add in the all purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Beat for 2-3 minutes until dry ingredients are fully combined with wet ingredients. You can also mix in a bowl of a stand mixer.

Step 4 – Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Step 5 – Pour the cookie dough batter into a 10 inch cast iron skillet into an evenly layer. Pour cookie dough into cast iron skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges of the cookie are browned.
- Step 6 – Remove the skillet cookie from the oven and let set for 10-15 minutes.
- Step 7 – Serve warmed topped with ice cream and enjoy!
